Dollar4BusinessThe Flex Rate Plan always offers Dollar's best rate PLUS a 5% discount. In addition, a 3% rebate is paid to companies quarterly for all rentals where reservations are made with the company's CD number on dollar.com.  Minimum usage levels do apply.

Flex Rate Plan reservations can be made on dollar.com, Dollar's 800# (800-800-4000) or by a travel agent. A Corporate Account (CD) number is provided to be used in all reservations.

This plan offers corporate account benefits which are determined based on the level of annual car rental expenditure committed to Dollar. Some benefits that may apply are the following: Note: Companies that do not qualify for the Flex Rate Plan will automatically be provided a Corporate Rate Plan.

a.  Minimum of 2 rentals per year are required to maintain an account. 

b.  Corporate accounts with a minimum rental volume commitment of $5,000 may qualify for our billing program.
