The Flex Rate Plan always offers you Dollar's
best rate PLUS a 5% discount*. In addition, a
3% rebate is paid to companies quarterly for all rentals made with the company's CD number on dollar.com. Minimum usage levels apply.

Flex Rate Plan reservations can be made on dollar.com, toll free at 800-800-4000 or through a travel agent. A Corporate Account (CD) number is provided for use in all reservations.
This plan offers corporate account benefits based on the level of annual car rental expenditure committed to Dollar. Companies that do not qualify for the Flex Rate Plan will automatically be provided a Corporate Rate Plan. Benefits may include:

Notes:
a. Minimum of 2 rentals per year are required to maintain an account.
b. Corporate accounts with a minimum rental volume commitment of $5,000 may qualify for our billing program.
c. Company ID may be required at time of rental to ensure receipt of all applicable corporate rates and benefits.
