D4B Multi-Month Rental Program
Terms and Conditions
Dollar will provide the monthly rate of 3.7 times the weekly corporate rate with the stipulations outlined below when the vehicle is returned to the original renting location:

Monthly rates apply to all Continental USA locations, Puerto Rico, and St. Thomas.

Multi-month rentals are not available for more than eleven month rental periods of 30 days each. Vehicles must be returned to the renting location no later than the final day of the 11th monthly rental period. Multi-month rentals cannot be extended for any reason beyond the 11th monthly rental period. Company does have the right to exit the rental agreement by returning the rental vehicle at any time during the multi-month period.

Company is financially responsible for entire rental period reserved and will notify Dollar immediately should employee in a multi-month rental be terminated. Company is responsible for vehicle return.

It is not necessary to return to the rental location every 30 days during a multi-month rental period. However, if a vehicle is due for preventive maintenance, renter should go to nearest Dollar Car Rental location for vehicle exchange or have the preventive maintenance done and the cost will be refunded upon return of receipt to the Multi Month dept. at dtgmultimonth@hertz.com.

Reservations for Multi-month rentals must be booked by Dollar.com, Travel Manager or by calling 877-259-3824. Reservations must be made by authorized company representative on file.

Upon initially opening a rental agreement for a Multi-month rental, renter shall sign rental agreement and multi-month rental agreement addendum which agrees to “signature on file” authorization of subsequent monthly rental invoices during the period of the multi-month rental.

Renters shall receive a copy of each month’s invoice.

Companies paying via Dollar’s Authorized Billing Program whose employees purchase optional products at the time of rental will be held responsible for the monthly charges of these optional products.

Limited black out dates at some locations may apply during peak demand periods.

Rates apply to all U.S. locations. (Limited U.S. seasonal locations may substitute 10% discount.)

Corporate rates do not include commissions, taxes, refueling, other optional items or applicable fees, including, but not limited to, airport access fees, airport concession fees, vehicle license fees, consolidated facility fees or charges, or transportation charges.

Terms and conditions of Dollar Rental Agreement apply at time of rental unless otherwise stated herein.

Terms of agreement only valid on corporate program car types and all benefits void if rental agreement is violated.
