Ontario Car Rentals
Experience Ontario in one of our rental cars.
Explore the great outdoors when you and your family travel to beautiful Ontario. The province has a number of lakes and rivers, which hold one-third of the world's fresh water. Whether you're taking an outdoor adventure or a visiting local attractions in the city, an Ontario rental car will get you where you need to be. Ontario is Canada's second largest province, so you'll never be short of activities. Touring Ontario is easy by highway. You can visit attractions throughout the province, from country fairs and museums to zoos, floral gardens and theme parks. Don't forget to visit Niagara Falls, one of the world's natural wonders.
First, head to Ontario's capital city in your Toronto rental car. You'll want to tour the CN Tower, the tallest free-standing structure in the western hemisphere, which now includes EdgeWalk, a thrilling hands-free walk on an outside ledge of the tower. If you're scared of heights, explore the city on a ferry tour, which will take you directly to Centreville, the amusement park located on Centre Island. For some educational fun, head to the Toronto Zoo or the Ontario Science Centre, and finish off the day perusing the local shops at The Eaton Centre, one of the city's most popular shopping malls.
Make Canada's fourth largest urban area your next stop in your Ontario rental car. For a truly unique Canadian experience, take the family to the Changing of the Guards. Held each morning on Parliament Hill in Ottawa from late June through late August, this event happens daily rain or shine. Make your way from Parliament Hill to Rideau Canal, a historic waterway filled with boaters spring through fall and the world's largest naturally frozen skating rink in winter. The canal winds through the heart of Ottawa before connecting with the Ottawa River through dramatic stepped locks right next to Parliament Hill.
End your trip with the family by heading to Niagara in your Ontario rental car. Here you can see Niagara falls by boat, in the Maid of the Mist, by air, in a helicopter that will give you an aerial view of the attraction or on a Journey Behind the Falls tour that will you. After your adventure, tour Niagara-on-the-Lake for local shopping and attractions that will keep you and the kids happy. Take a walk along Queen Street, where you'll see historic buildings, flower displays and specialty boutiques, or hop on a horse-drawn carriage ride to tour the town.
