How can I tell who the primary or lead driver will be?
The primary driver is considered to be the person whose name is on the reservation.  If the reservation is in your name, you are the primary driver.

I am picking up at "Rental Location" Sanford, Florida... which Sanford location should I use?
Use the Sanford location that matches your reservation. When you pre-register you will see three “Sanford” locations. The majority of our reservations are booked for pickup at “Sanford – Tour Reservations Only (SFBP01)”. Please use this location first. If this does not work, please use the “Sanford - Sanford Field Airport (SFB)” as a second option. Either way, both of these locations are at the Sanford Florida Airport near Orlando.   You may also use our pre-registration website which does not require this information.  Visit Prereg.Dollar.com.

What is a Season Code? Is it required?
Season Code may be part of your Booking Reference number.  However, it is not required when entering your Booking Reference number in Early Check-In.  If you use the Season Code you must enter the entire Season Code including the "/" character.  Please omit all spaces.  For Example: 12345/W08   You may also use our pre-registration page which does not require this information.  Visit Prereg.Dollar.com.
