Now that Hurricane Irma has passed Florida, Dollar is quickly working to re-open all of our locations. Currently the majority of Dollar Airport locations (with the exception of Key West, FL) are open or are in the process of opening.  All Georgia and South Carolina locations are open. The situation is changing hourly, so the best course of action is to call the telephone number below for assistance if needed.

I prepaid for my rental, and my flight has now been canceled due to the weather. Can I get a refund?

Contact our Customer Care team to cancel your reservation and begin the refund process.  Please note the refund will take up to 10 business days to process.

I guaranteed my rental with a credit card.  How do I ensure the cancelation fee is not charged?

Contact our Customer Care team and advise your customer service representative of the reason (flight canceled or road closures) for cancelation.  The team will ensure the guarantee charge is not applied.
